I know a few of you want to do a true dual from header back set up. I have been running this muffer on my tbss and many other blown tbss and its a perfect set up. either 2.5 dual in/out or 3 inch dual in/out and on top of that it has a internal X pipe so your set with that. saves you guys money also

So you guys know adding headers and full 3 inch true duals no cats i lost 2 psi boost because the exhaust is so much more flowing. You make more power at less boost thats for sure but be perpared to put a smaller pully back on get your boost to where it was and say holyy shit
here it is

boosted i would do 3 inch duals especailly if your going to up the boost.

if you do true duals i would stick with 2.5 pipe on nat asperated motor

The exhaust shop I went to in Bedford "Kinney's muffler" pretty much scared me off of dual 3". They said the flow is so much, I would have to floor it all the time to get any power. Of course I am running a centrifugal S/C, maybe a roots style would be ok with dual 3"

id rather see you guys do 2.5 but seeing some people are upping boost then 3 icnh is the way to go. The tacomas ive done with the trd at 10 psi and plus 3 inch piping was done and gained 2/10s at the track from the 2.5 piping that was on there before and that was from headers all the way back. ie 3 inch y pipe from 2.5 also.

nat asperated motor i would not do 3 inch duals but 2.5 is fine. if you went from y pipe back its only like 200 bcuks for parts max

2.5" is a lot for true dual on n/a, ive been running it for over a year. Its killed the low end power band, and Ill definitely be changin mine soon.

sounds like open headers.....not a fan of that sound in my honest opinion.... I have heard a cleaner deeper sound than that on a TBSS....
