How come under my submitted photos it says somthing that about imagemagick and it doesent show my subbmitted photo? help please!

does that mean it went through but to large to show me a thumb pic, or do i need to make it smaller then resubmit it?
what kind of size parameters are we lookin at? Mine arent as good as justins, but id like to try soon.....

on my blog i used to use a program called irfanview to resize my photos.
That sounds like a pain in the butt..
