There are many things that afflict load numbers.

I have seen really low load make very good numbers, while high load vehicles make average numbers (and in reverse as well).

Its primarily dependent on MAF & MAF accuracy

if you have seen 170% load on a 2.7 pulley, that is up there.

well I have the 2.85" pulley and saw that load, it was really cold out. It was my first log with the 668cc injectors

Are you sure man? That seems REALLY high for that pulley... like 30-40% too high

I would go back and double check.

I think you would hold the TRD record for the largest load with the least amount of pulley.

In which case I demand accel videos, you would piss a lot of people off.

I'm trying to get a hold of it, asked G if he still had the log.
It may have been 148% load but I'm damn sure it's up in the 160's

records are meant to be broken bro:top:

I think it was 160% load now that I think about it.

Like I said I will find the log and let u see for ur self

Cool with me man, we are yet to have a data logged run in those conditions with that size pulley.

Hell no one believed me when I was running 8.3 PSI on the stock pulley.

So how can you get the correct flow out of the exhaust dougie, w/o getting the poo sound from the head? Im curious?

Has anyone done any performance tests with those Aero exhausts that Glen was selling? I haven't heard anyone mention those in quite a while.

As far as sound you need to play with different piping designs and muffler combos to find something you like that also flows well.

Obviously no restriction at all will give you the best flow but not desirable sound.

At this point its just trial and error - getting rid of that harsh V6 rasp and keeping things flowing with out being restrictive is not fun.

Id imagine we are losing quite a lot up top with these cats still in there.

Im sure the performance end of them are great (they are straight through), however they still tend to be on the loud side.

I am looking for slightly louder then stock but pretty free flowing.

We will get there, just need to spend the time to try out different combos.
