Good to hear, I seriously thought I was on my own now.

I struggle so much with the wide grip pull ups

:laugh:....

Oh and I know...even after doing this shit for over a month, I can still only do about 6 of them. But the regular pull ups --- I'm up to about 17-20 before my arms give out.

YeaIquit:laugh:

All of our free time lately has been going to towards the process of buying our house.

I'm still doing pull-ups, push-ups and some other little stuff, but I do not have time to dedicate a full hour after work right now.

It's definitely tough sometimes, I've been doing the workouts and playing softball 3 nights a week. The results are coming along, I'll be ready for my trip to Cabo at the end of June.

I'll do my pics at the end, and they'll probably go on facebook I'm not sure if I'll post them here.

Not that anyone is really following this anymore, but I'm two thirds of the way through this thing now. I've lost 10lbs and dropped 3.4% in body fat. It's pretty easy to keep this up at this point, just part of the routine. I should be finishing up on June 5th and my trip to Cabo is on June 22nd. I'll be starting it over and going through it again.

Ahh tough guy huh?

You can go to hell:eviltongue::biggrin:

Me and my girl have already talked about starting this back up once we move and get settled in. I really do feel like a turd since I stopped doing it.

So I figure I'll start this again, ALLLL OVER again.. day 1..

:dito:

Decline pushups (feet on couch), every kind of pull up (no assistance), Ab wheel, bench dips
Other than that, I'll do random ish with the bands, just because I have them :laugh:

C'mon... you gotta share the eye candy :wink: Apparently photobucket deemed my pics inappropriate so they're all gone :frown:
