no I had painted them black, but they collected dust too much, so I pulled them off and painted them "cast coat aluminum" They came out really smooth.:top:

uh and they are both painted. I wouldnt do just one side

here is the TCC one installed, I remember seeing someone else post this but I can't find it.... I used some shock absorber bushings from autozone, like $4. Here are some pics. Thanks to Werty for the install help!

Damn I see 80% IDC on my 668cc inj and I only have a 2.85" pulley. Guess I need to finally instal my walbro 255!

Also I noticed u and another member has put down that u have 670cc inj, care to elaberate?

I see 80%+ Duty cycle on E85 with a 7th injector at 50% DC, that is pretty damn good man. I don't know how you get away with it.

I do not run E85 in the winter here.

Gotcha:top: guess it's like all the engine manufacturers that round up the engine size 350 5.7 I think is only like 346 ci, old mustang 5.0 is actually a 4.9

The injectors are rated for their maximum flow at 100% duty cycle at a specific standard pressure.

If you change that pressure it effectively changes the virtual size of the injector, so really no 'size' listing is inaccurate within reason.

So just to update you guys on the effectiveness of the can. I serviced it today at just a hair over 3000 miles since I installed it.

And 1/2 cup of oil was in it.:ahhhhh: 1/2 cup of oil that otherwise would have been gummed up on the intercooler and burnt in the motor. Pretty crazy:laugh:
