Wasn't there a clutch option/ GB that came with a TO bearing? Was it aftermarket or Toyota? Thanks.

Yes there is, that clutch kit was from Paradise racing...I just picked up his new stage 4 clutch kit and it comes with new TO bearing.

Right the T/O is a quick fix, wait a few more months and see if toyota comes out with the new trans parts. When they do you will need a new clutch as well. Part of the problem is the stock pressure plate gets weak and puts uneven pressure on the T/O bearing. So wait a few months and just run it as is for now.

After installing the Tranmission Sleeve Kit (TSK) you have eliminated the problem forever! You will notice a smooth, fluid like, feel to the pedal. Your engagements will be smoother. Your clutch will last longer. This in turn, will reduce the wear on your transmission. It will never groove again!

if not false advertising!

the pdm kit is very nice and works as designed. i have 06 6spd double cab trd and put the kit in mine around 1k miles ago and so far so good. just know that dropping the trans is a labor intensive job and by saying that it took me about 8-9 hours to drop install kit and reinstall.
