Thanks Torspd....man it just taking so much to wright about....but in the instructions you will get a little more in detail there too! i just don't want to bore everyone...but we do need to know...as a tech i always try to figure a way to do things quicker...without hurting my quility of work! Tell you one thing i do hate photobucket..ever so often i need to close the site done cause it acts up where i can't copy the pics to post on here! still have some more photos to post. I was going to dyno the X tomorow but they are moving the stuff in the shop around, so i hope when i do come back down to charleston, i will
get a new dyno test with the kit in! darn the luck:motz:

Ok going to explain about the arrows....
IMAG0131.jpg

Of course you can see the white arrow pointing to the URD in between the TB and intake...its the 7th injector that comes with the O-ring for needed sealent, also u get new bolts for mounting...it might be a good idea to buy a new o-ring for your throttle body so u don't get any vacum leaks! usualy they are pretty good shape with low milage...but if u install it with higher than 40,000 miles on it i would pick one up from toyota! The blue arrow below the TB is your 7th injector harness u need to plastic tie it on the fuel rail so it does not get pull away from the injector...route it to the firewall and to the left to that pink arrow where you will insert that harness in the gromet there...u can put a slit or just drill a hole in it...i used a drill press, if u have one...i did not go so big at 1st with the hole...I just made sure it was not to big so i could fit the harness in and hope water not get in...u can put some clear or black RTV to help seal it. Make sure u plastic tie it so it does not get pull out from the firewall....the wire does connect to the UCON USB connector on the back of the UCON...it has 2 black wires....The injector harness has 2 different colors...just connect them both, does not matter which one it will still work as needed....Ok the next white arrow shows a sensor that must be relocated where the green arrow is pointing too...its the engine cover bracket in the back of it...it is bolted down...u need to un-bolt it and place the sensor there... but before u place the sensor bracket there...the red arrow shows a lip that must be grounded down and and you need to ground some to the bolt hole in it...but not to much, cause you need something to clamp too and for strength...just keep trial checking it so u get a good fit after every grind ...it worked for me!

LOL sorry this is a great job you are doing. I am just following a long for now. I am going to start installing my S/C in about 2 weeks. And if I have any question I will be asking you when I have everything in front of me.

One question is how much boost pressure is the stage 3 putting out?

Nice.

One thing I noticed, the belt goes on the forward 7 ribs on the pulley with the empty one to the rear.

Hey thanks, Turbomach1 ...I can say its not that easy by looking at pics...until you try it....man I was so tired some days working on it more than 24 hrs, some days. I just wanted to get it done as soon as I could, with good quality....But when you do yours, good luck to you...at 1st you think its not worth it, but it is, when you feel that extra power under your feet! :top:

Hey Torspd , Yeah I was trying to get a dyno today, but the guys moving his stuff around! At the dyno shop...so it was a. No go for that...I really wanted to see how much it gained from complete stock....but I deffenitly will do the 40 to 90 or 100... take off video, on it...moving up to Columbia tomorrow so I should have a chance to do that on my trip and some exhaust clips as well...To be honest too, that July 8th was my last day in the military... now I'm a Combat VET...LMAO

Hey RRX, Well, tell you the truth I don't really know...I don't have a boost gauge hooked up yet, I am using this app torgue for my Droid with the Bluetooth from KIWI, the heighest it said by its reading was around 13.5 lbs....but I really don't trust it, until I get an actual gauge on her! Gadget may know from his kit!

wow that bov sound sick!

Well the faster I get the louder the BOV sounds, becasue of the boost pressure increasing....kinda wish it sounded like the ones that a lot of supra owners use.....I hear that Tial QR may perform that sound... but to add it to this kit you will need the spring for a S/C and the adapter to mount like a HKS BOV!
