Stock pulley no port needed is probably right. Urd pulley it's a real good idea. 2.7 or 2.6 it's must IMHO. I was the first to do it so I had everything done for $900 plus shipping and handling.

Oh and there are gains on the TB if nothing else.

Called them today and they said 695. I said come on seriously. So we talked and had me send them pics of it and they r supposed to get back at me tomorrow. i told them if its 300 bucks i'll do it.

695 for what? should be $445 for the PNP and that inlcudes shipping it back to you

^^^just get some forged internals and have them do the port and polish along with the new gears in the front where the snout meets them. With a stock pulley u will push 16 lbs of boost!

forged internals or not...doesnt matter. thats too much heat for the small intercooler.

Stock pulley no port needed is probably right.

what mod is needed really? :dontknow:

Well the verdict is in...$450 + shipping both ways. Thats the lowest he can go.

Built tranny in what sense?

Sparky; I understand this is quite old news but could i see pics of the TB or what exactly did they do that is such an upgrade to it? Dave told me that you had a knife edge or something done to it? What else.

They knife edges the butterfly and smoothed entry enough to gain 153CFM. They also opened up the 7th injector to match the tb and trd sc.

Definitely keeping this on the wishlist of things to do somewhere way...way down the line.

So has anyone that is "Snakebitten" run into cooling issues with S/C running high boost like that?
