Congrats Kev! What's the function>form of the exhaust stack??? lol (Givin' ya crap) I often show people your vids when they wanna talk smack about the abilities of an X compared to other sports cars, much less drifters. Shuts them up often. Thanks bud!

That's borderline cross between function/form. Believe it or not, having the Exhaust going out the bed made the truck significantly quieter. Its still my DD for time being, and having the Exhaust dump under the bed and drone got old after a while.

I understand its one of the more questionable mods, But its something that gave the truck character and all my fans missed it when I removed my first stack.

Oh I know, I was just giving you $h!t. I can see the use of it, I almost did that to my old hemi Ram like the "lil red wagon" used to be. Just decided against it in the end. Wasn't a drift truck, lol.

I absolutely love this truck, and I'm going to use a parable to explain why. When it comes to books, I take every precaution to keep them in 'off the shelf' condition. Don't open the pages too wide, avoid dog ears, pack carefully, and above all - beware of open liquids.

That is, until I spill that proverbial cup of coffee ...or as is the case with my Chuck Klosterman - Sex, Drugs, and CoCoPuffs which was lent from a friend and a replacement copy need be purchased... literal cup of coffee. That book has now been to the front lines and back. I have books that have been in the bottom of canoes, on float-planes, across multiple provinces, and into the Canadian wilderness and back again. I have books with scars and missing covers and enough dog ears to form a pack. And I love them just the same.

Those books, like a scar from a broken bone or Kevin's XR wear their battle wounds like badges of honour. They're real and they tell a story deeper than polish and wax ever will. It may not be for everyone, but congrads none the less.

And that's exactly why I like the drift scene. Style, function, form, battle wounds, passion, big horsepower, tire smoke, bonds between man and vehicle... all while having fun. If a drift car doesn't have a scratch or wound, yer either doing it wrong, or you have way to many sponsors, lol.

I love a clean truck, but I think it's great the people and this site chose to put a truck on their website banner that has put itself through its paces.

Frankly, I think Kev should have companies trying to build durable products at his door steps cause he definitely will put the products through it's paces and test thousands of miles of reliabililty in just a few laps, lol. Kevin "Klutch Kikker" ___enter last name___ lol

This is so unbelievably true. I couldnt agree more.

And regards CHAMPt, trust me I wish I had vendors lining up to make custom parts for my truck, even getting something as simple bloody coil over, something that 240sx owners have dozens of brands of various qualitys to chose from.

The looks on other drifters face when I tell them I have stock struts with drop springs is priceless....its honestly, probably the biggest thing holding me back.

Best part is that she's no where near finish evolving yet. Can't wait to see that's in store for 2013!

Going where no X-Runner has gone before isn't easy, your hard work & dedication is relentless. Congratulation on ROTM, well deserved!! :top:

A build is never done, and its legacy will always live on. Every time I check off one tick mark on my to-do list, another 3 pop up... I'm glad I can be on forefront of something new and different and possibly benefit others along the way. While others prefer paying shops to customize their truck, and letting others make decisions for them, there is just no better feeling to look back and say: "I Built/designed that, and it ****ing works!" Like my sig says...

2. Sigs can include up to 1 image AND 2 lines of text -- or up to 3 lines of text -- but not both.

Can't tell if trolling...or just retarded.
