X-Fest East 2013

So....... Now that I am single again.... and had holidays booked to be with the now ex...I have some time to figure out some time off.... have 4 days to use but can use it wisely and have amost 2 weeks off


So...... X-fest east... any Dates figured out yet, can change my vacation so I can go...maybe make some detours and see some of the states

I was planning on making this too, my my (ex) wife is making this extremely difficult, for some reason she feels she entitled to everything I own... I've come to the conclusion being single wins

Don't take this as a smartass response, because it's not, but if you want to plan it let me know. At the moment planning of this event rests entirely on my shoulders. I've had a ton of stuff going on outside of XRU that has prevented me from putting in the time that I'd like to.

My best guess is we'll do it the 2nd/3rd week of September as usual. I'd like to get us on a track somewhere but it seems to be cost prohibitive. That and everyone has seemed have liked the mountain resort style we've done the past few years. I promise I'm not procrastinating intentionally. If anyone seriously wants to help plan please feel free to contact me via PM. I could use it. :top:

Take away is that I haven't forgotten and I'll get to it as soon as I have the time.

From a purely selfish standpoint: I'm a teacher and will be off all of June, July, and the first week of August. Considering the length of my drive ( Miami, FL to anywhere!!), I'd like it to be in that time frame to allow for travel.

I'm really down for whenever, I really wish we could try a three day event over 2 day since saturday was such a rushed day, fun day, but man we were in a hurry from point to point lol. Maybe I'll just have to get their earlier on Friday, hoping my gps doesn't tell me I'm 4 hours away for 2 hours straight.... I found a time loop somehow.

Though I understand not everyone would be able to take an extra day out their week.

September 2nd week is 14-15 weekend

3rd weekend is 21 -22

Personally I am more opting for the 21-22

Maybe we can add a poll... i dont know how........ I will help as much as I can and maybe make some phone calls. I do not live in the area obvisouly..... but can try and help.... also is anyone willing to make it more central and some of the texas/kansas/western/central guys can join?
