Wish I could make it, but I just don't think its going to happen. Works been pretty slow this year and monies a little tight. Would be the first X-fest east in 5 years I would miss. :thumbdown:

There's a car wash at the gas station about 2 mins from the resort. Well at least there was when I was there

As long as it hasn't gone out of business......there's one within 2 minutes of the resort. Has both a touchless and a wand & brush. :top:

How much is a plane ticket?

I see they have mountain bike trails... I may have to bring my bike since I'm not doing the white water rafting.

Probably about $400, I'd just have to figure out an airport near someone that could pick my ass up. Not much close to McHenry at all. Then of coarse there is the matter of paying for it.

Biggest problem for me is that I only really have 1 airport nearly me (an hour away) and there are no decent flights going out. Coming in wouldn't be a problem but all the outgoing flights that I saw were in the morning and prices were about $600+.

I think BWI would be the closest airport. Not any regional type airports in Maryland. Pretty much an anti gun, anti plane, anti fun state.

Anyway, rental cars can be pretty cheap. For those flying in you can try to arrive within a few hours of each other and split the rental.
