Just got this code after the start up and I know it has something to do with the o2 sensors. Just installed the mk3 and hopefully just getting the bugs worked out. I don't wanna have to buy a new o2 sensor. I know they are expensive. Is that right though? What are the remedies for this one? I've lit this forum up over this boost, but just want everything to be right

It's saying the sensor in the drivers side header is no good, double check the connection, IMO that one is easier from the bottom unless you have really small hands...

And yeah they aren't cheap but can be had around $125...

Couldn't tell ya the cause if its bad, but didn't you just have your headers out? If I recall you were trying to get the collector bung out?

Anyway either it went bad as they are a wear n tear item or it wasn't fully clicked in and has come out...

I didn't have my headers out, just tried to pull the bung out. But it didn't budge, and i drove 100 miles yesterday and it never came on. But what will that do? Will the ucon take care of it?

What do you mean that you tried to pull the bung out?

Did you loosen or tighten the factory AFR sensors (sensors in the headers)? Did you mess with their plugs?

If you did, check your connections.

On the jba headers, there is the extra hole where you have a bung plug to go into, where you can plug it, or put a wide band in. I didn't have a wideband at the time and now that I do, I tried to remove the bung and it was stripped so I couldn't get it out. I didn't touch the other o2 sensors since I installed my headers about 10 months ago. Never had a problem until I put the supercharger on

Anyway, if you have a URD Supercharger system the front O2 sensors should be installed in the collector with the extension harnesses and not in the upper port in the center tube. Needs to sample all the cylinders on each side of the engine.

The sensors will go where you wanted to install your wide band. But you need the extensions to do it. Then your wide band will have to be installed elsewhere

Or just goes to the back holes on the header? Because that goes back to the problem of me having the bung plug stripped and can't get it out.

How safe is it to run them where they are right now should I ask. I gotta save some money lol. Dropping the money for the Urd kit broke me about.

Just know that you are only reading banks 3&4 and not all six, so if your running rich or lean/ you'd never really know. Could be a recipe for boom, being f/I and not knowing your afr's.
