Did you paint the top of the intercooler, or did Stoner?

I painted it....

To start off I'm exhausted. Between Friday night and Sunday night I worked on the truck somewhere over 25 hours and only slept 4-5hrs a night. I was definitely dragging ass at work today.

I headed back into work early Saturday morning and put in a solid 12+ hours. No real major issues besides minor fitment/clearance problems which I was able to resolve. My only real worry was if the mid pipe that I had made would fit....well it didn't. I needed a turn down after the vband connection. Luckily a few months back I cut 3in section of exhaust pipe out of a F10 M5's exhaust that we had laying around (car was a total loss from flooding last year) Its been sitting in top of my tool box for months. Funny that it was exactly what I needed to make things work!!!! I'm actually kind of impessed on how well it made everything fit. So after an exhausting day I loaded up the bike in the bed of the truck I drove it home on the ecu and injectors (piping between the turbo and intercooler not connected) When I got home I opened the hood to inspect and found slight oil seep at from the turbo oil feed line. Decided that I would deal with it in the morning. Got a couple hrs of sleep that night and started working on it again at 6am. I had an early appt with Scott from Itronix to load software/calibration files. I installed the injectors, UCON, AEM inline widebands and wired them to the expansion harness. All my wiring connections were temporary because I was running out of time and needed them up and running before the appt with Scott. Picture wires everywhere on the interior and ran out the door to the sensors. LOL.....no time to figure out how I was going to route them before the appt. So Scott got me all set up with an initial calibration but said before I can put boost too it I need to record samples of Idle at operating temp, cruising at 55mph, and wot 1-2 and into 3rd briefly. I decided that I'd do that later on because I had a ton of other stuff to do. Route and wire everything for the widebands, install all boost/vacuum lines etc etc. I'm pretty particular when it comes to that kind of stuff so needless to say it was time consuming. I was unable to resolve the oil seepage from the oil feed line. So I ordered a new one and some fittings with overnight shipping. Truck is down till that stuff shows up tomorrow. I think i finally had everything back together and to my liking at 12:30am this morning. I'll get the oil line on tomorrow and then record the samples Scott needs. Hopefully then we can make any needed adjustments and it will be ready for boost! Wife won't be back till Sunday so I'll be getting around town in her X3. Here are a bunch of pics from the weekend.....enjoy! I'm going to try and catch up on sleep.

The widebands should be installed much closer to the turbine outlet. To much transport delay to use them for AFR control so far away.

They are approx 6 inches behind the turbine outlet. Hard to see but they are only installed in the final pic. The sensors in the bottom of the down pipe are one for my innovative gauge and the factory post catalyst sensors. If 6 inches isn't close enough let me know.

Its at 6psi right now and AFR's look good on my gauge. Pulls strong! Need to get some more data back to Scott but regardless I'm happy its up and running!
