Here's how I had it mounted before:



The manual wants the EVAP canister hose going to the connector side of the valve and the manifold side going to the back. I also had it plumbed to front port instead of the back port. Maybe there is a restrictor in the rear?

The valve itself doesn't have a flow direction on it so I put it in as I saw fit. I didn't think it would fit the other way but it does. Also notice that I was using the wrong port on the housing. Definitely an error in my part.

Nah I verified that long ago. I'm building a solid 7.8 to 8 PSI with the 2.85" pulley.

I'm only seeing 7 psi on the same pulley....what's your exhaust setup?

3rd fillup and still no weird start. I saw a puff of smoke at the near top of 2nd and another once I let off. These are puffs, not constant streams.
