What u mean mrk4, I’ve already done the biggest unit The -92 with 70mm pulley. What else can u be doing g man.

Do you have a custom bracket or air box? How do you fit the -92 on the URD kit and why would you over the -91? I realize the pressure maps for them are the same but the -92 has physically different dimensions. The main issue I would see is that you would need a different size intake coupling at 89mm, but to no benefit because the intake inside diameter is the same 70mm as the -91. The big difference I see is the -92 is 203mm overall length;

-81 is 188mm = 7.4 inches
-91 is 196mm = 7.72 inches
-92 is 203mm = 7.99 inches

Which I believe, each unit would push back the URD air filter box assembly toward the firewall aprx. another 1/4" from the -91 and 5/8" or so from the -81. So even if there was room, I still don't get why Rotrex even makes two chargers so close in model or why one would choose one over the other. Please educate me.

I have no idea whats different about the -91 to the -92. It was same price as 91 but I can run a bigger air intake. I got rid of that urd box years ago made my own Intake. Just changed the coupling to the 3.5” to use with my intake. I wanted the biggest one retrex offered and that was the -92. Uses same bracket as -81.

The -91 and -92 are the same except for the inlet diameter. The -91 uses a 3" and the -92 uses a 3.5" inlet and then necks down inside to a 3".
