there wont be any problems with the headers, or intake. i know, because i talked to my dealer when they flashed my truck. it has nothing to do with the output of the charger. the intake is not legal since it has no carbon trap. headers they are just trying to save their butt, as they always have. the day a set of headers blows up a motor is the day i take that statement back......

hey i want to hear more sound clips of your exhaust.. you only posted 1 on that other thread and i must admit.. that short teaser sounded pretty damn good

with the TRD intake and the Jardine exhaust on Jon's truck, it sounds better than yours.

as far as the warrenty thing goes, teh reason that they didnt warrenty Xrobber's truck is because it had a URD charger on it, not TRD, and it was at what? 11lbs of boost? think about it, If TRD made the parts for toyota, they thought about every situation, after all they did take almost 4 years to release it.. they have the sh!t together.

Jon, for a clutch, either run that 6-puck that you are selling for now or baby the truck until you can get the TRD one that is in the works.

i think the reason the didn't honor his warranty was his meth injection also

I'm kinda intoxicated so sry if thi s doesn't make sense....
I highly doubt that he has a six pluck on ther eand having problems with it slipping, helo had that clutch with his turbo and never had problems. People probably havent expirenceed slippage problems with URD blower on stock clutch because of the way the boost builds, it's not like the trd where 2.5k and BAM full boost.

And not to sound like an a$$, but I hoonestly clouldnet care less about valvues and morals when i go bts inorder to get stuff replaced underwarrenty

My dealer told me I could run any headers or intake I wanted as long as I would take them for a ride. I also told them I planned on installing it myself since my family owns a garage an they said they seen no problem with it. They said they would warranty as if they installed it themselves.

if you have a good relationship with your dealer, take it in for services, and in general take care of your truck. You would be suprised as to how well they will work with you.

Ive seen motors waranties with scoared pistons and and engine bay full of mud. ( mud in the cylinders)

If you bring your truck in with 25 k and not maint. record, they prolly wont work with you. If you lie to them and they find ou, they def wont work with you

It pays to be honest in the long run

Nice, what did you run man?

well this was my FIRST time on a drag strip. my best was a 14.3 solely because i had absolutely NO traction in 1st gear.
my 60 foot was 2.314
my 8th mile was i believe 9.3ish?? ill have to double check

A guy on custom tacos with the same setup i got ran only an 8th mile and ran 9.0 flat. and his 60 foot was 2.0 flat...

So if he ran the full 1/4 mile he would have easily hit high 13's
