its definitely the diff. noises coming out of it and the driveshaft binds as soon as it hits the point where the noise is present. Made an appointment at the dealer for Thursday and they said warranty should cover it.- 4g63lover

hmmm... learn something new everyday. Makes sense though. we don't usually get xrunners coming in so I didn't know they had shallow oilpans compared to the 4x4 trucks. Good info to know when I do the first oil change on my X. -

We always put 5.8 qts in all of the 4.0L 1GR's that come into our shop. Always right on the line on the dipstick too. -

what is your best kill thus far?

When do you guys shift?
I usually shift according to speed, I shift into second at 20, shift into third at 35, into fourth at 45, and fifth at 55. Havent really used sixth since I mostly do city driving. I noticed that if I cruise steady between 2k and 3k the truck gets better gas mileage.- 4g63lover
