I'm baffled between the super 44 series or aero turbine. dunno which one produces more power and best agressive sound. anyone can help me out?

Hmm I don't live in Hawaii but I am running the 2525 aero turbine exhaust, and I love it. Look up some sound clips on youtube if you want to hear what it sounds like, theres plenty of clips on there.

do u just replace the mufler on ur stock exhaust?

Yes but you have to have it welded. Professionally unless you can weld...

I was lucky enough to buy the full tailpipe off of theMACF

Well ya. :laugh:

Sorry, had to. The aero is just a muffler. It just gives you a little rumble and is very cost efficient because of that. :top:

DTLT, URD Y Pipe, and URD 3'' CB is the main preference on here for full systems. :top:

yea I saw those are sweet but then ur left with no cats. unless u get the short headers and weld the cats on rite? either way im not passing inspection lol.

Exactly, to see the best performance out of this exhaust on our trucks, you need to delete the cats. This is the only thing stopping me. That and my wallet is not that fat right now....:rolleyez:

It's a 3rd generation (99' to be specific). I like it. It was all i could afford after being in college for 4 years! yah know:top:

That's what I'm on the lookout for now. 99-00. Although the GF did tell me I could get a Z06 today.

im running super 44's with deleted rear cats. i like the sound of it. idk i heard some people say its raspy and stuff but mines not raspy at all.

Me and duck fat got the same set up looks like. Im had the cats removed from the stock y pipe, and an running 3" piping with a super 44 flowmaster. No rasp...
