Dude, wow, I like it, don't listen to the others. You did what you had to do, as long as it makes you happy. The MPG might actually be worse then the XR, keep us posted how that works out. It's a V8 right? Dunno much about mustangs.

yea its a v8..So far I think its a really good car..I use to hate fords and mustangs. This one just is more then I expected from the quality of ford..The interior is REALLY nice, the ride is SUPER smooth. I can hardly feel any bumps..Cabin noise is very low. The gear box feels real good to.

I have never been a mustang fan either but I have to say this body style is the coolest since the 70's. I hope it works out well for you. can't wait to see pics of it Vadered out:biggrin:

I did it tonight..I was really thinking of getting the 2011 with the 5.0 but I got a good deal on this and I dont really drive fast so the extra 90hp didnt really matter. I got the 2010 GT with track pack with the 3.73 gears
never thought I would own a mustang
I'd be lying if I were to say I didn't see this coming.......... glad you got something that YOU are going to like...
I think you got kinda ripped on your trade though.... you're truck was in amazing shape, and I think you could have sold it privately for a LOT more, but hey man, I've been there.....
as far as quality on the stang, I've heard the mechanical side is pretty damn good.... But, I've heard a lot of ppl bitching about the interior getting noisier over time. panels kinda work themselves loose, and they start to creek and moan...... but knowing how much you drive your "garage queens", you'll probably get rid of it b4 you have any issues......... congrats on the purchase.......
well I'm pretty sure his xrunner was paid off, so take 15 g's off the stang loan.... and finance the remainder over 5 years or so, it's easy to be under 300 a month......

I'd never buy a mustang personally, but they have turned them around and I must admit they are looking and performing pretty good. And I bet it has a much smoother and nicer shifting trans than the truck LOL.
Are you gonna drive this one? Or is it another garage queen?

wow man...i cant say i saw this comming...to me you had one of the nicest swb around...i rememember you went as far as saying that it never saw rain LOL...i mean i cant say anything about the stangs....i own one myself

it will probably be another garage queen. I do like driving it and the black looks SOOO sweet when its cleaned. I cleaned it up good today..took me 6hrs. Stock exhaust is pretty loud and sounds good to..its probably just as loud as my buddies 2010 SS camaro with magnaflows and rear cats eliminated
