helper bags.???

has anybody tried running helper bags ??? i was thinking that they might eliminate the bottoming out problem

isnt helper bags made just for stock or lifted to help out with towing??

Yep. I've had them in for a few months now. I haven't bottomed out since. But I also removed the bump stop brackets, (no bump stops right now) so there's a bit more clearance.

I love this set up. No bottoming out, I can haul my quad and just add a little air.

sweet...what brand n model are you sporting since i may need these as well since louisiana has the worst roads in the country

I really need something like this. I'm sick of slowing down and bottoming out all the time. I plan on replacing the rear struts but might just go this route instead until I go more low.

Maybe this will be helpful. Even empty I keep about 5-7psi in my bags but pulling an enclosed trailer is no sweat.

How much for air bag setup like this and would u suggest going this route instead of qa1's to prevent bottoming out?

I never bottom out the rear but I am only on 1.5" blocks. I did prior to installing the bags. If you max them out then yes it will easily lift the rear. I am considering the qa1 shock but more for addition rebound not so much for compression. I am tired of the way the truck comes off dips and does the whole ghetto hope and throws you up in the seat against the lap belt.

I bought load assist for under 200.00 shipped on Amazon
