Pretty cool ur gonna have a left and right side for the steel leafs, everyone hates that Taco lean
Nope. These are made so that there won't be the famous lean everybody hates.
my fingures are crossed. race it till it breaks. but hopefully it wont. hahaha.
I hope they perform as good as the composites on the track. They WILL be put to the test... hopefully without breaking. :top:
should you be able to carry more weight with the steel leafs vs the composites?
I think the composites drops the load capacity by a few hundred pounds?
The Stock, Composite, and the new Steel springs all are rated for the same OEM payload. No one is going to say that it is increased with the aftermarket springs. Even those "helper" spring and air assist bag say that they help restore OEM payload, ride hieght, etc. By the nature of materials, the steel springs will hold more than the composites, but both are good for OEM standards (and that additional safety factor for good measure for those that want to push the limits).
Have you guys started work on the 4 link set up yet?
No progress forward yet on the 4-link. Probably not even going to start until the spring. We are deep into the steel spring drop right now and are trying to focus on one prototype/project at a time. We are still newly opened and are dealing with the website that we are completely re-doing and getting a "rythum" together to ensure that products come in to the shop often enough so that items are in stock when you need them. This includes the composites that were being made to order will now be in stock too so you can get them in a few days vice 8ish weeks like in the past.
