Anyone try this filter with their mk3 yet? I have looked all over and not found anyone who has tried it.

I just put it on a few days ago and I am liking it so far. Could be in my head but my butt dyno says more power. According to AFE it outflows the stock filter by 84%. I figure the blower is breathing easier now. Plus its about half the thickness of stock and it doesnt halfway block off the 4" rubber boot like the stock one does.
Only issue I saw is the poly-urethane edge is very slippery so you cant tighten down the lid of the box as tight because it slips the filters edge into the box and it doesnt lay flat. Lightly tighten and it works perfect:top:
and if your wondering the mk3 comes with a stock FJ filter.
