Got my headers installed.
It was a biauch, The 02 sensors were like welded in the stock manifolds. Had to put a box wrench on it and beat with a hammer. When I got them out the first 3 or 4 threads on the end of the sensor were fubar, Took a file and got them to were they started to screw in and installed.
Then when I went to instill the 02 sim's the plugs were different than the 1's on the sensor.

Anybody Know if the sim's are year specific? These came off and 08 mines an 07 ????

Any way I enjoying the headers (almost a little too loud for me)
Noticed a little gain but not like I thought I would.

The URD Rear O2 Sensor Simulator plugs into the REAR O2 sensors, not the front ones.

If you had to beat on the front sensors with a hammer, you have likely broke them. The heating element inside of them is very brittle.

If you get front sensor codes shortly after engine start, you will know why and you will need to replace the sensor(s).

The O2s aren't easy to get out. Got 2 new one from Gadget and 2 bung to weld after the back one after the bottom cats. Your torque band will be at a higher RPM with the DTLT. Get a free flow exhaust next.

Have a CEL but figured it was because I don't have the simulators hooked up yet.
No CEL after beating on them with a hammer?

Good to know about the DTLT's. so far, I'm pleased with the Jardin cat back and JBA shorties. Lucky you not having to run cat's. I'm jealous!!:eviltongue: any thought about running a resonator?

Front passenger 02 sensor was the cause for my check engine light. I had to use a box end wrench and a hammer to get them out of the factery header,I'm surprised I didnt have to replace both of them. Replaced it and its good to go.
Most places wanted $199.00 for one . I got 1 on amazon for $112.00 with free shipping.
