Ok so For those who have been around for a while know about my story but here is the short version.....Truck was Heavily Modified and reaching near the 400whp mark. Well my Boost Controller failed and I blew the motor. Got Toyota to replace the motor and I gave up on modding the truck. the only after market stuff left on the truck is

Modified Y pipe w/ Resonators instead of Cats
CC Stg 4 Clutch and Steel LW FW
B&M Short Shifter
1st Gen TRD Intake
Upgraded Fuel pump w/ modified bucket.

What I am asking is could the fuel pump be causing me to get bad gas mileage? I am getting about 200ish Miles to the tank lately and I cant think of what else it could be. Before I spend anymore money or time I want to be sure I t could possibly fix my problem.

Thanks

When is the last time that you replaced the fuel filter?

Also, check list items:

Is the tire pressure where it needs to be or low?

Air filter really dirty?

MAF sensor really dirty?

Throttle body behind flap really dirty?

Have you used any fuel system cleaner, such as RedLine's? To clean out the injectors.

Tire Pressure is good
Just cleaned air filter when I changed the oil
MAF Sensor is cleaned and good
Throttle body was cleaned when I changed the oil and spark plugs
just did a full sea foam treatment

I haven changed the filter on the pump since I put it in years ago mark I seem to almost forget what my truck used to be like

That's only the pump sock. Not the actual fuel filter. You still running the STS fuel pump setup only?

If so, you really need to install an inline filter.

I noticed my mpgs go down after installing the 255 walbro... You would think if your truck runs smooth at WOT or idle that the fuel pump was installed correctly... I would love to figure this one out if infact it's the 255 fuel pump causing the problem.

I don't see how the fuel pump would cause your truck to use more fuel. I would say that something else is causing the issue

i get 16mpg in my bone stock xrunner. its just how you drive. if you try to shift at 2500 rpm and avoid stop lights and you can bring your truck back to 20's
