It does not slide around AT ALL. Perfect fit. Yes for a 10".

I don't think it will work with 09+. I think it will only fit 05-07.

It is made for a 10" sub. It is snug and does not slide.

I believe you must have these back seats for it to fit. It's a very clean set up and allows you to have passengers in the back seats.
