The payments are starting to hurt, the wife and I desperately want to get a house and I am making just enough to pay bills, we are not putting anything away for a down payment or getting ourselves out of debt. The decision was extremely hard and I really couldn't justify selfishness in the end. The goal is to buy an older x-runner with the posite equity if i can find one that fits the budget or we will be looking at a 4x4 dc tacoma. (Although I do miss my big a$$ silverado.......) If we end up having some issues selling we may look into re-finacing if we can pay off some debt. Either way I will have another x-runner sooner or later if I do sell, this purchase was too quick for us to look at our future.

Temporarily without out an X, I still stand by the X being the best truck ever made. I actually already tried to trade it on another X but they wanted way to much for an X with 120 miles and then promptly tried to rape me and offer me 4k under KBB trade in. I guess that's what you get for trying to be a repeat customer :dontknow:

You must be talking about Desert Toyota. That's funny because they always say they want to buy X's. If they buy it at trade in & sell it at bluebook they make $2,000 right of top. Plus they would probably make another 2k on the other 1 too. So what year was it? What did they want for it.

It was a 2008 with 120k miles and they want 17k for it and only offered my 22k with mine only having 16k miles. Kbb on my truck trade in is 25.5k and private party is 26.5k and this does not take inaccount for the cerrification and the dealer sale price with certification is 30k. Those criminals over at Pre toy would have made a killing with 8k profit with my truck and the 6k profit from the used truck. I knew what they took it in becuase I asked the original owner. They told me they took it in at 13k which may be true and took that out of the price of the new purchase.

Needless to say with all that BS, I kept the truck. There is no way I am going to give this truck away as much as I love it! I will sell myself and hopefully there is an X readily available to purchase immediately becuase it is my daily, if not that is why I will be looking at a dc tacoma

It's too quite in here. I saw an RR in the neighborhood it looked clean, I thought it might be Anthony. I can't believe hrsprwr236 would get rid of the X. The universe is out of balance.

Anthony truck should be put back together so. In a sense it may lol different than before, he was looking at getting a drop last time I talked to him and not sure if he has painted the wheels yet but i bet it was him........

When you start to get frustrates with your living situation and want change sooner than later than drastic measures are sometimes the best route :dontknow:

Got a bunch of dealers still trying to buy it but i am not going there :thumbdown:

I found out I can re finance my loan in November, just need to stretch our funds that far ........ i am considering selling my almost brand new wheels and tires to get me buy for a few months. I can always buy new wheels later on its harder to replace the whole truck. Asking 2000 OBO will also take part trade for stock wheels and/or tires. Let me know.
