Magnuson Super Charger?

So I see that the TRD super charger is no longer available, it's now Magnuson. Are the pulley upgrades that fit the TRD compatible with the Magnuson?

Should be the same. Magnuson states on their website that everything is exactly the same, just the TRD logo is not imprinted on the supercharger. I might just get one myself since the URD kit has taken years and years, and still hasn't been fully completed. Funny, Magnuson got it down within a year since TRD dropped out.

The trd supercharger was always made by magnuson. So it's no surprise they came out that quick. All they had to do was stop putting the trd name on it. Lol

ether it will be the trd map or a map that is not focused on emissions as much making more power

but i bet it is the toyota map

I think people forget that urd is a very small company run by a few people. It takes time to do the stuff that they do.

And yeah, magnuson always made the Trd supercharger. They didn't do anything but remove the Trd name from it when Trd stopped selling it.

Didn't know URD is only runned by a "few people". By looking at their website, I would think they have good staffing with the amount of product they put out.

Pulley is the same as the TRD. It's a Eaton MP90supercharger just with a special housing. The price is a bit surprising considering everything is the same as before.

URD keeps products up to date, I think that's a sign of a good company.

Maybe I'll add an AEM FI/C 6, plug and play harness, an upgraded fuel pump, and a AEM fuel pressure regulator to the mix...It's good to know that the Magnuson is basically the same thing.

URD has the best deal, because their S/C has more power than magnuson, and can be built better... and its cheaper!

That's not my point... TRD sold them for over 2 grand less

Discontinued. Everybody talked about how when they were discontinued that the value of their TRD superchargers would go through the roof. Well it did and now you can sell them for more.

The TRD blower was mediocre at $4290 when I bought it. $6000 is jut insane for the same thing but some paid $8000 or more just to get the TRD letters on the housing during the price hike.

I get that.... But they are not discontinued now and magnuson will mass produce them. Hence the question why 6?
