rear driver side tire inside shoulder worn

I just took a look from underneath at the inside shoulders of all my tires and they all look normal except the rear driver side inner shoulder, which is just about totally bald.
Could this be due to worn shocks and/or rear gear LSD being worn out at 90k+ miles now?
Guys at the tire shop told me I needed shocks, and the worn LSD is my own assumption.
I have gotten one of those shim and spring kits from Weir Performance... Hoping this problem will go away and I wont be eating up my new set of tires when I do get them on, one shoulder at a time and not knowing what to do about it. Also anyone have any knowledge of sway bar wear?- Would that cause any tire wear issues?

Thanks

Did you buy all 4 tires currently on the truck? How often do you rotate? Is the truck lowered? When was the last time it was aligned. Lots of info needed before we can piece it together.

had them all fully rotated about two months ago, the alignment was good but I did notice recently that the flat end of the bottom leaf on that side was a little wide to the outside... but not much. I'll have to upload a pic. The 4 Toyo Extensa HP came on the truck when I got it used.
I'm pretty sure its all stock but the truck does look like it sits at least about an inch higher over the rear wheels.

Post a picture. The type of wear is telling.

Most likely the tire was worn on the front and now it is on the back.

And whats weird is all the other tires still have the stubbles on the inside shoulders from the last tire rotation esp the ones up front they are wearing pretty evenly.

you need to get the rear camber adjusted

you picture looks like it has a filter on it which makes it hard to see what is going on.... but if I had to guess that was the tire that came off the front two months ago.. my truck since day one ate tires on the inside...

if your shock is bad then your tire will be cupped

I guess I forgot to mention the rear toe angle is 0.19 (D) and -0.24 (P)
My truck must have been in an accident, according to one of the tire shop managers, and I need shocks according to another of the managers... And apparently there is no way to align the rear toe since its a solid axle. Funny thing is when I got the tires rotated two months prior to this actual alignment, they told me my alignment was all in spec... So either they didnt feel like doing an alignment that particular day, or I developed a 0.19 degree thrust angle, and a whole bunch of out-of-spec alignment up front too.(within two months) Is there any way to fix this by breaking it all down? in any way? Because im about to be getting new rear shocks and a set of tires... This is my daily for getting to work guys, what am I looking at here? One last thing, I may have gotten sideways a few times in the rain 'cause I dont know any better, and may have caught heavy abrupt traction by going with it a bit too far, so I figured I should mention it since I'm willing to accept that may have jacked the bottom leaf sideways, (which is about all you CAN see clearly in the pic I posted above) and it makes some sense that may have something to do with my thrust angle problem? Thanks again.

Well actually somehow it seems like it was adjusted from -0.3 degrees (D) and 0.0 degrees (P) to -0.2 on both sides, which had to be playing a part in just that Driver side rear tire having extra inside shoulder wear. When they did that rear camber adjustment the thrust angle got 0.03 degrees worse (I realize thats basically nothing)

The front Driver's side caster they were only able to put to 3.2 degrees and the passenger's is 4.9 (within spec) and they were only able to get the front camber to -0.7 (D) camber and -0.9 (P)
Which combined with the trust angle I guess is why the last manager suggested it's been in an accident, but I'm pretty confident that it can all be brought back to spec, in the front I'm assuming it will need a set of control arms or at least just the upper arms. I'm more worried about that cocked leaf and the thrust angle and getting it back to normal. Holding my hopes high for that but I'm hesitating on getting the rear dampers and 4 new tires...

Sorry to double post but, as much as I want to believe it was just the front end wearing it down, I do check out the treads almost every day, and I want to believe my local tire shop that I continue going to despite their horrible service and work ethics, and rule out that they have been completely lieing to me this entire time about what they've been doing. So far I am up for any suggestions but I want to rule out the fact that just about every single thing they've told me was a blatant lie... >.>
So assuming they DID check my alignment when I first requested one, and it WAS in spec like they said.
And when as far as I know they did a normal front to back tire rotation, and then went back and dismounted and remounted the tires (at this point they were NOT balding on the inside, just getting a little close to it but still enough tread to last the summer all the way across) and did a proper rotation which is what I asked for in the first place. How is this fluke tire wear happening?
I guess the answer is it's not, and they did not do anything that I asked of them...
Probably in hopes that I would come in sooner and buy tires from them (they literally only have a no name brand Chinese tire available for my truck so wth...) Since they see the truck as extravagant and therefor I must be stupid and have plenty of money Im dieing to throw at them... I really hate it when people have to go and make me angry...
Good thing google just reset their reviews for this shop, so once im convinced they screwed me for sure I can give them a good old one star average (it was pretty dang bad before their review wipe lol) but thats why I went there when I was in need because they're never too busy...
They also greased up my seats pretty good for me for free on that last visit, I guess as a thank you for my business. I mean they dont even have a way to get ahold of tires in my size to even sell to me, besides the _____ made in china brand they evidently wanted around $200 for. Each. lol. I feel motivated somehow from all this, I guess thats life...
The '97 Nissan Hardbody and '98 RWD Ford Ranger never needed an alignment, and I didn't realize these guys hated their jobs their lives and especially anyone who walks in their store so much, lesson learned...

Why not get a second opinion from another shop? I get my tires from discount tires. The local one here knows me well as I autocross my truck. They always slide me some pretty good deal on tires that they have in their warehouse.
