*NOTES: stuff with two part numbers are left and right, not sure which is which but you need both anyway. Some clips can be re-used mostly the blue ones that hold the spoilers to the bumper. If you have any questions let me know.

Hood components:
hood w/scoop - 53301-04210
hood bumpers 2x – 900084-54011
hood cushion 2x – 90541-15028
seal (for the front center) – 53381-04040
clips for seal (not sure how many but I got 10x) – 90467-A0009
washer nozzle 2x – 85381-04040 (not sure if the old ones fit)

Hood scoop components:
scoop – 76181-35902
scoop guide – 76182-35080
scoop protector 2x – 76183-35030
scoop protector 2x – 76183-35040
scoop protector – 76185-35030

Lock support – 53209-04020 (order this if you are not TRD S/C; if you are you will have to modify it, I didn’t modify mine I will add a pic and explain)

Headlights – aftermarket of your choice unless you want OEMs
Fillers for under the headlights - 52502-04900; 52503-04900
Filler clips 2x- 53935-04020

Standard Grille - 53100-04481-C0
Clips – 52161-02020

Front bumper cover - 52119-04906
Bumper clips 5x - 52161-02020
Fender extensions - 52112-04906; 52113-04906
Fog lights – I ordered a set from Amazon that came with the housings
Lower grille - 53112-04040
Spoilers left and right - 76851-04903; 76852-04903
Retainer clips (blue) - 75392-04010 *these are the same clips used on the current bumper so you can re-use them

*Brackets needed to support the new bumper cover
Upper retainer, center – 52521-04050
Upper retainer, right – 52125-04020
Upper retainer, left – 52126-04020
Upper retainer, retainer 2x – 52531-04010
Upper retainer, fastener 2x – 52522-04010
Bumper bracket, right – 53273-04030
Bumper bracket, left – 53274-04030
Steel bumper:
reinforcement – 52131-04030
lower retainer 2x – 52525-04020
*you can re-use those pieces if you want mine welded, but you will need the new support arms
support arm, right – 52013-04010
support arm, left – 52014-04010

Fender liner, right - 53805-04030
Fender liner, left - 53806-04020
Fender liner grommets - 90189-06236
*you might need a bunch of them unless you have the patients to remove and re-use the old ones, I ordered 10.

*NOTE: If you’re on a budget and/or want to cut corners you do not need the steel bumper components and fender liners. The support arms are different and they attach to the new fender liners for more support. If you do not get the new fender liners you will have to find a way to tuck them in or zip tie them.

How's it going everyone! I've been thinking about doing this for about a year and I finally got around to it. I took pictures of the progress, but as I started thinking about how to post this thread I realize I didn't take enough. I will post what I have already and when I get some time I will pull my front end apart for better pics. The conversion is not hard at all! well, once you know what parts you need. I don't know much on mechanical repairs, but I can do basic stuff and this was pretty much remove and replace. Zach Fuller on the Facebook forum really helped me out a lot I wish I had got with him sooner because I ordered some parts that I didn't need, a little bit of trial and error. I not sure the exact amount that I paid, but it was 2k and some change. I ordered the big items like hood, bumper cover, grille upper and lower, and spoilers from the dealer (I was suprised they weren't that expensive vs. ordering online where shipping would kill me), lights from Amazon, and the little things I ordered from toyotaonlineparts.com. I'm sure if I took the time to look around or got aftermarket parts I would've saved some money.

This is my first write so bear with me! Here are the parts that you need (if I missed anything please let me know):

Oh man this looks so good for over 2k vs buying a 30,000 dollar newer x-runner I think its worth it. I really wish someone can do this for me knowing they would do it right cause it does look like a a lot crap to deal with for it to come out right.

Thanks for posting this! My girl smashed my front end, so I want to do the conversion. This will save me a ton of time and the need to guess which parts I'll need to get.
