Shifter adapter welded in from the bottom, cup holders cut out and mocked up for trimming and welding. I made the cup holders longer than I needed so I could make sure I had enough material to grind and match the curve of the top, 3" was overkill but I was lazy.

Welded the cup holders in, a little high on the heat so I have a bit of repair work to do. I started to machine the hold down clips, 3 down 3 more to go.

In and mounted, after a week I will pull it out and have it powder coated. Working on a longer shift stick now to give me a few more inches.

Thanks Torspd! This was a fun project even though it took so long with the time constraints. After the powder coating I will post the final picture.
