Where does this washer go? In the middle of TRD SC install

Boosted brothers,

Any one know where this washer goes? Diameter is roughly 1.25" . I'm probably about half way through the TRD SC install on my 2006 Xrunner. The only place that makes sense for this washer is on the backside of Idler No. 1 (the one at the bottom that we have to tinker with) based on the bearing/rubber configuration and how it's very different than idler no. 2. I've been very careful up to this point, and never heard this washer hit the ground as I removed both of the idler pulleys. I found this washer when I climbed under the truck recently to tighten the radiator drain valve. Any help would be most appreciated or scanned pages of the Factory Service Manual.

Note: This washer is not the same as the two thin washers portrayed in the following diagram. I have the thin step washers and confirmed they were re-installed per the diagram. Plus, these two thin washers are a bit different from the washer that I posted a picture of in that the center portions of the thin washers are raised ever so slightly, hence the name 'step washers'. The diagram makes no mention of the flat washer in question, so I don't want to install it if it's not required.

Pretty sure that's the "thin step washer" they speak of in the "NOTE". My truck didn't have those washers. But I'm not sure if it goes step washer, then pulley or pulley then step washer.....

The washers in the manual have a step on them. I'm heading out to the garage in a minute I'll look through supercharger instructions.

It's not a part from the kit, it's a washer that's either in front or behind the stock pulley on some trucks.

I've been told the Factory Service Manuals are discontinued. Anyone kind enough to share PDFs of the manuals so I can continue to research this mystery washer? Thanks.

Here you go:

Repair Manual:
http://www.customtacos.com/tech.old/files/05FSM/repair.html

Wiring Manual:
http://www.customtacos.com/tech.old/files/05FSM/wiring.html

Good luck!

Edit:
What about the washer for the stock idler pully?
See page EM-88:
http://www.customtacos.com/tech.old...6toyrm/06toypdf/06rmsrc/rm2006ta/00700810.pdf

Each idler pully has one. I can't tell the size and I don't have my X anymore to visually check.
As your instructions say, some trucks may not have the thin step washer.
Your's probably just came with a regular washer.

The blower install manuals says Idler #1 (between the crank pulley and ac compressor) may have a "thin step washer" but it doesn't give a thickness.

Thanks guys, but as I stated before, ". I have the thin step washers and confirmed they were re-installed per the diagram. Plus, these two thin washers are a bit different from the washer that I posted a picture of in that the center portions of the thin washers are raised ever so slightly, hence the name 'step washers'."

The flat washer that I posted a picture of would be a third washer.....

Ok I think I see it. It shows one 20mm washer in the kit. Washer A7. It's for the tranny cooler which you wouldn't have if you have a X.
