What a day....
Got oil cooler installed but has left me frustrated with oil adapter sandwich I got from URD. I've installed it 3X now today being its last time being installed. First time, I installed it, the rubber seal got pinched and oil gushed out from the side which was my fault for install it too quickly. Second time, I decided to put gasket maker on it and had it cure for more than 24hrs, still came out. So I had gadget mail me another gasket and this time carefully installed checking for any pinches and torquing it to reasonable fit but still managed to leak. I've just about had it. I've ordered another adapter coming tomorrow and hope I can get my oil temp sensor working again. Here's the video after install and running around the block. For now, I've taken the adapter off and oil cooler functioning just fine.
Install itself wasn't so bad. Followed the instructions posted on FJforums link and got it done. Helps when you gots a bud helping ya or it can take a while. Only kinda difficult parts were taking off/reinstall the fan but other that it good.
