Installed some new speakers!
Yea it made quite a difference. Especially since our back doors have no deadening at all. The back door, roof, and hood sound alot better with the deadening. But I also put the mass loaded vinyl which helps with the road noise. It's not gonna be like a BMW so don't have too high...- deanbhula1

how to get rid of negative camber?
Don't really have the money to get Djm plus idk if I want to go that low. But I figured that the negative camber would really chew up the inside of the tire so that's what I was talking about with the tires. I think the guy at the alignment shop said the most they could get was -2.5 or something- deanbhula1

i just installed a first gen sittin sic drop and after getting it aligned, there is still some negative camber. Is there anyway to get rid of the negative camber? i have to get new tires soon and would hate to buy new ones and they just get warn on the inside. thanks- deanbhula1

The warranty decided to cover the issue...only if they told me before hand so I could have or a tow truck to take it in instead of having to do it myself- deanbhula1

Well it's the Toyota extended warranty so the dealer would be doing it, I just know that they are gonna try and get out of it somehow because it's almost a 700 dollar job- deanbhula1

My factory warranty just ran out in June I think, but I did get the 7 year, 100000 mile extended when I bought the truck. Thing is I remember taking it in like 2 years ago for the same bolt and the mechanic said he just had to tighten it...bad thing is they never wrote up a ticket or...- deanbhula1

Yea I will just wait till Monday and get it towed...I just would hate to tow it all the way and they say it's not covered so I have to tow it all the way back home to fix it myself I guess if they won't fix it, I will tap out the stripped hole and use a helicoil...- deanbhula1

I went into a Toyota dealership on Saturday and they said that warranty would not cover and bolts or stripping...I don't understand how they can't cover it? I haven't had anything done down there so it must have been defective to begin with. Plus i don't know how long I've been driving with it...- deanbhula1

Steering knuckle stripped?
Was wondering if anyone has seen the bolt hole at the bottom of the knuckle stripped out? It's one of the bolts that connect the lower control arm to the knuckle. I looked today and the bolt is just chillin in there...seems like it could just fall out at anytime! Hoping Toyota will cover under...- deanbhula1
