Thanks guys. Well, the only things I could shed w/out replacement parts are the eyelids and the drop kit, less the knotch. Also have an extra set of DJM 3" blocks. Plan to pull the drop this weekend in case I hafta get raped.... I mean, trade it in at the dealership. Thats where the negotiable... -

Knock on wood man. I baby the crap outa my truck and cant seem to elude the problem. I been drivin a manual trans over 16 yrs and even when I first learned i never had a clutch problem. I was sure I wouldnt have a problem when I bought my truck, figuring most of the issues came from...- DBL-BD

TOB=Clutch Release Bearing?
I'm on my third TOB and the last time I brought it in they told me it messed up the bell housing and had to replace that too. Only thing was that they couldn't seperate it from the trans so they put a whole new trans in. Thank god I paid for the last TOB cuz I'm out of waranty and they covered...- DBL-BD

clutch shudder
Mine shudders in reverse and first since the day I picked it up from the stealership, after they hosed me into having them replace it. lotek / oem hybrid
My suggestion would be to use a two part bumper repair adhesive to blend the two panels together then sand that down and fill prime the whole pillar and sand it to try and get an even texture. Then go find a can of paint that best matches factory color n shoot it. :top: Bam! Like it should've...- DBL-BD

A sawzall will work but it wont give you a real good cut. I would recommend taking your truck to a friendly body shop and see if they will trim it out for you with an air saw.
