Had this afe Stage II CAI in my 2012 X-Runner for two years. Works great. Has all the clamps and both cover plates included in price.
$150 + Shipping. PM me if interested.
Thanks, Gadget. Lease is almost up, so I'm considering ALL my options. I had always intended to buy it at lease end ( my contract gave me a pretty decent price) BUT I'm not sure whether I'm going to keep it, or trade it on an EcoBoost 2015 Mustang. Decisions, decisions....
Is it possible to 'undo' the Toyota reflash and remove a TRD supercharger to take it back to stock? From what I've read, I don't believe it's possible, but I will defer to those more knowledgeable on these matters than myself.
OK, I'll ask the obvious question: Why the hell are they holding this event at 2PM on a workday? Hell, I'd be there in a minute if it was a night event, but I, like most people, have a job that precludes my attendance.
You've gotta go. It's a blast. Mine was the 'supercharged' X the OP was referring to. It was the first time I had ever autoXed my X-Runner and I loved it. The next event is next spring I believe - in March.
Had both the AFE Stage II and the AirRaid intake on my supercharged '12 with NO ISSUES. BTW, I did not have them on simultaneously. That would have been a tad excessive.
I was one of the No-Shows (through no fault of my own). The sale of my house, which had been languishing for months, was suddenly and unexpectedly accelerated during the week of the VIR meet. I received a partial refund on my entrance fee and will be attending one of the Track Daze events...
VIR is such a beautiful and challenging track. For the world famous SoFla heat, I purchased a Coupe oil pan spacer (extra 1.5 qts of Mobil 1) and a Toyota oil cooler. I should be fine. Let's do this!
