Sorry if this sounds stupid but I am a newbie to struts......I purchased a set of quick struts to replace my current ones getting some odd wear on inner side of tire the replacement struts came in but look alot longer and skinnier then the current ones installed and no lower bolt mount for brake...

Just noticed a clunking in the drive train, I had the throw out bearing replaced about a month ago (the good replacement) and noticed 2 days ago in traffic when letting off the gas a low speed it would clunk then when hitting the gas it would do it again but don't really notice it when changing...
