SOS Stoptech rear disk conversion

Rear questions
Debating whether to change the entire rear end or swap it for something else which has LSD/posi or upgrade diff and do disk conversion. Has anyone done a swap and which rear would be best? Also, what gear ratios are best for our trucks? Will a 4:10 be better than stock? TIA- Blue10XR

Does anyone have an 09+ ECU they want to part with from a wrecked vehicle? I am in need of one for testing. I would obviously prefer free, but willing to pay for it at a reasonable price.
