Here is a question, what is the WIDEST rear tire I can install that has the same outer diameter as the stock tire?

What is the widest for the stock rims, and if I go aftermarket, what is the widest I can go and what size rim and offset works?

I really need more rubber back there, but want to keep the stock OD.

With an 18X9.75 +20 offset wrapped in a 275/40/18 the section width comes to damn near 11" of tire. I could have gone 285/40 but they do not have that in the general Gmax tires.

Something to keep in mind, my wheel is about an inch, maybe less, from the shock bolt. That is with a 4" block on the rear.
