Do you warm-up your truck?

In my truck I use to wait about 30 seconds before and about a minute to turn off for turbo cool down..

In my tdi I wait until the egt gets to 100 deg and turn off at 450 deg

I'm starting to warm mine up more now because I can't get the tranny in first gear if I don't. I mess with the radio, check my phone, put all my stuff away. It seems like the engine is better for it too.
