I vote 2JZ. :top:Theyre all over ebay for under 2k, where all the LS1s i saw were over 4k.

Anyone know roughly how much a 2jz swap would be and would it produce better gains then turbo charging 4.0L motor. What is the advantage to going with a single turbo 2jz opposed to twin turbo?

The 2jz is practically bulletproof. The internals and bottom end are incredibly strong and durable. Most Supras go the single turbo setup route, they make more power it seems. One big turbo instead of 2 smaller turbos, seems to be the way to go.

I've seen Supras running a single turbo put down over 1200hp....

I would absolutely love to have a Corvette type engine in my truck!! I love the sound of pure American muscle and I would really rather not have my truck sound like a supra (or anything like that). I say LS6 all the way!

banks power has a nice LS6 with twin turbo...that should fit out trucks pretty nicely.
