Feeling Blue

I'm painting a car and absolutely love the blue they used on X Runners. But I've got some questions. What was it called? Was it the same every year? Was it ever used on other Toyotas?

i find that i only like this blue on our trucks
not a fan on the other toys maybe its the lines and the way the sun hits it
