well since i dont have too many mods in my X yet. figured id make a build thread for my other car. 92' Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4. iv had it for about 3 years and when i got it, it had a few cosmetic mods but was mechanically stock as a rock. on to the pics :smile:

probly a bunch of stuff i missed lol its just hard to keep track :rolleyez:. Will continue to build her up. Will eventually be upgrading the turbos to billet DR650s and be looking to make 600 whp :top:

I havnt run it in a few years. Last time i ran it i only had the cat back, intake and was on 14psi. I ran 12.64 @ 107. i will probly run it this season and see what it does now :top:

You have put a good bit of time and money in that build. It really shows, and well. That car is a beauty man!

How much psi are you pushing now? Same as stock but with better components, or more?

Man i had a buddy who had one...what a challenge to work on.. hey does yours have the electronic front spoiler and 4wheel steer? i see you took off the rear wing so no electronic spoiler there. Man those things handle like a champ though... My buddy had the tein's adjustable with the controller...crazy hooks around turns... Sweet ride man i cant imagine the work u went through to run all that piping and and stuff looks sweet man:top:

im running around 15-16psi right now. yes it had the active front aero too but i removed all that. trying to make it as light as possible since they are heavy as fawk stock lol and yes it does still have the all wheel steering in it. thats one thing i didnt get rid of yet. ill probly keep it till their is a problem or leak in it.

Looks good. Friend had a 94 with 15g turbos instead of those small ass 9b ones. I like the 94 and above solely on the 6 speed and headlights. I think he dyno'd at 650 awhp. The thing was a beast at launch. Never felt a 4500 dump on launch on a awd car. Had whiplash after I launched it. Good ole days. makes me miss my talon.

thanks man! However the car is in a million pieces right now lol A few weeks ago I took it to the track and my transfer case finally exploded after all these years. The 2 step launch and massive amounts of traction did it in haha. So I decided to do a big build and do everything iv wanted to do. But the motor is out right now and awaiting parts. its probly gonna be apart for a while unless I hit the lottery. But im gonna build it right and when she rolls out of the garage it will have a different look and have a little extra under the hood :top:
