Sooooooo, i have decided to change the wheels on my xr and am debating with which wheel to swap into it. Now the first set is currently on my supra, but i was going to clean them up and store them and go with another set of wheels i had on my old car, 09 lexus isf. But after alot of thinking, decided to just bite the bullet and put the supra on weld wheels woth big tire setup. So now im debating which tires/wheel combo to go with. I am thinking of dropping the truck 2-3 inches aswell.

First set of wheel choice
Volk GT7 in gray
Front 255/30/R19 19x9
Rear 275/35/R19 19x10

Dont have wheel offsets but they fit good in the supra, and from the specs of my other wheels they should be pretty close to what i have now.

Second set of wheel choice
BC Forged HB04 in a light gray "brushed" finish
Front 255/35/19 19x9 F +43
Rear 305/30/19 19x11 R +55

In my honest opinion, i love the BC wheels, so im leaning more towards those, just wonder if the offsets i have alog with the tire size would fit good and if the 2-3inch drop would rub or not.

If i were to choose solely on looks, I would go with the BC. Although I think you may have some fitment issues and the Volk numbers appear to be perfect for the X depending on the offset.

I have seen the black xrunner with 20inch wheels and 315 tires, im going smaller tires, smaller rims, and almost same drop, i sid read he had spacers so that may be something i will need to do. Definately want to go for looks, i pull my jetskis and four wheeler with this truck so id rather it look good than fast, i got the supra for that :) i do plan on supercharging the truck down the road, heard extremely good things about the urd kit so i think i will be going with that. I like the trd kit aswell but i think the urd is best bang for buck.

Spacers may be needed for that high of an offset, it all comes down to the entire package and just becuase the wheel size may fit doesn't mean the offset will work. Plug the numbers and if possible do a test fit before purchasing. I am currently on 20x10 with and offset of 25 and 275/40 tires with no drop and I am rubbing. My buddy has almost the exact setup and doesn't rub?

check this site before you buy tires. http://tire-size-conversion.com/tire-size-comparison/ and this one for the off set http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator You have my vote on the HB04
These are some good sites to look at too. :top:

Shouldn't have a problem fitting either of those combos on there, though, depending on the offset you decide on. I personally like the GT7s better.

Aight fellas as promised, i got an idea of how they will fit and i think it will look sick. Now im debating if i need to go even lower. Anyone sell a 2.7 front and 3 rear drop? I dont carry anything ever, i tow my jetskis and my fourwheelers so i dont expect it to drop too much. Let me know what you guys think, i was actually thinkig of removing the whole bump stop bracket and drill the holes on the chassis to install the bumpers provided for the 2inch drop, unless you guys have somthing better you can reccomend. Here are the pics. Sorry for the dirty truck, been raining here in houston and where i work at, :( man it sux. This is with no spacers, just wheels.

I tried posting images but all i would get was squares so i apologize for posting direct links. You can see where i clear the shock tower, and i also clear the psrking brake cable, once i put the tires on i may need the 25mm spacers to clear with drop and will be more flush to the fender well. Lmk what you guys think
