Not driving ur truck and putting miles on it is worse then driving it all the time and logging some miles. But it will keep it looking clean, less paint chipped spots and less rattles from not hitting as many potholes. It has it's pros and cons. I finally hit 66K on my 2005
i have 80xxx on truck chassis and 27xxx on new engine.
