Ever since I installed URD trac bar, I've been smelling the diff oil I installed which is redline 75W90. I was thinking maybe it was leaking but no signs of leaks. I'm just gonna replace it with something else. Any recommendations? Amsoil or Royal Purple perhaps? The smell is that bad.

Side note: URD trac bar creeks a lot when I go over bumps. More grease? Spray with WD40? I'd like to quiet it down.

I would have the same problem with mine. Turned out that it was leaking due to much pressure on the axle.
You might have the turnbuckle too tight pushing against the rear
I would also get those noises

Bet your diff bracket is loose.

Problem fixed. Loosen the adjuster nut. Also found out that muffler arm is rubbing against the diff mount. No leaks found.

That tail pipe should be moved forward a good bit. Might need to move the muffler forward too. The hanger should be about against the rubber bushing. It is way to far back.

Is the tip aligned in the body kit opening?

Yes. It's about as far as it could go. In a month or so I'll be reinstalling my cats for smog and see if it moves back more.

The muffler tubes are kinda long so maybe shorten them?

Hey bud any tips when installing?
And how much did you adjust the turnbuckle?
I think when I had mine I had too much tension against towards the rear
Thanks

I only turned mine enough to barely apply pressure upward. Bar has worked great since day 1 for me in that configuration....

The kit shouldn't require any cutting. I've got a trac bar and mine fits just fine.

Upwards such that the bar is pressing up where it mounts to the cross member, so yes toward the front of the truck...
