So, I dropped my truck off on Wednesday to get the S/C installed, I get a call yesterday saying that I needed the original bolts from the throttle body and neither of us had them, so they had to overnite them.

I got the Good/Bad news from the dealership today:

Good News: The Supercharger is on!:top:

Bad News: My computer wouldn't accept the flash:thumpdown:

So they ordered me a new computer and it should get there Monday/Tuesday. And Im stuck with a crappy Corolla (no offense to Corolla owners, but this ***** is weak.) Do you guys have any idea why my computer wasn't accepting the flash?:dontknow:

    My lil rant....:argh:

I think someone said they had to do a flash for something non related to the supercharger (something about a starting issue or something) before they could do the supercharger flash

They have to flash it for the "no start condition" first otherwise it won't accept the s/c reflash.

I find it hard to believe that it ran when they got it and not anymore. They either don't have something plugged in or they didn't do both flashes. Tell them to read this

I thought I recall reading something about plugging the battery into some type of charger to maintain a certain voltage or else the flash wouldn't go through:dontknow: Tell them to read the last few pages.

    We'll I figured since I'm always on XRU; I'm basically "right here"....

I'm in Virginia, about 30 mins south of where Alexrunner lives. Last time he brought his truck to Oursiman Fairfax Toyota, he needed to get his breaks done, they wanted to charge him over $400.00; which included turning the rotors and crap. I told him to bring it to me, and we did everything for him on the house. He paid $0.00:top:

    Thats how I roll...
