RR in Fuquay-Varina NC

I've seen this truck twice now recently. The first time I saw it I was leaving work and I saw it pull out of a street not far from work. The second time was 2 days ago(Halloween morning)...headed north of 401
I doubt he's on the forum b/c from what I could see, the truck was completely stock(not even a sticker on a window)...
Regardless I'm curious who it is... and will prob try to flag him down some day to get on here, or if already are then maybe just to chat since he'd be the only X near me at all!
