    This was a custom setup for my truck .. It was a big pain in the ass . I had to have a friend Stitch it for me ..

    Temporary till i can find one of those nice center mount boxes.. Dont mind the seatbelt lol i hate drilling holes in things unless i know im never gonna move it again

    Why not put that box on the floor and let it fire up!

    ...or put little legs/spacers on it and make it down-fire.
    That way you can still put things on top of it and not loose space! :top:

    Down fire will make it feel like it's hitting harder.

    Thanks for the tips guys ill have to try this id like to have more sound an this might be the way. Im still looking into gettin another matchin 12 to go with it for even better result

    Try to get a ported box, you will be happier with the results!

    yeah i heard about that i joined when that whole ordeal. Poor guy everyone was all over him. I actually ordered a boclx after he left

    I thought I'd finally share this. Finished the install only after 10 years of owning the truck, not that it took that long, just severe case of laziness. I changed it up a little from when I originally started this. I removed the 8s from the rear access door and put them in a real box. They sound so much better now. Lesson learned, the access doors just weren't doing it, but it saved a lot of room to have them in there. I guess I had to give up something to get something. The way the box is built, I still have full use of the cargo pockets, and if need, someone could still sit back there as long as they watch where they put their feet ! I designed the box to look as if the rear seats were folded down in cargo mode. I only had to remove the folding seats, but nothing is permanent, it can all be put back to stock.
