Well I mean it's going to happen, just a matter of when. Hopefully they hear back some good news soon. I figured it would be in August time frame though.

That's the purpose of group buys though you put your money up to save in the long run. I had to wait on my rear leafs for a few months but I got a killer deal and was one of the first to get the new manufacturer batch of them. If I had waited it would of took longer for me to get them plus I would paid more. These sways are hard to come by unless you happen upon a used set which usually needs bushings and costs close to the same. I am ok to wait I have never heard of XII to ever not deliver.

That's very odd to hear. Usually they email back within a day or two. Did you try calling them again durning the week?

In a market as small as this, that could mean never getting an upgraded part.

He, Nashman, doesn't like to email. I emailed them recently and received an update in a day. Probability dictates that he didn't email them.

Accoriding to their earliest time frame, we are looking at the beginning to mid of August.

I sent them an email as well but didn't get a reply back but that's probably because they know I frequent here and knew you would update us. I'm ok with that time frame. I have been working too much to have time to install it yet anyway lol

Understood but as many others have mentioned these folks are unreliable and don't answer customers. Maybe I should sell the X....anyone want to buy a turbo-X? :dontknow:

Actually not many members have said that. Bill and Amy are both very reliable and have always came through for me.

not sure who said they are unreliable, may not be responding to posts and emails as frequent as they used to but I can say the product will come through. Not even sweating it.

Not answering emails in business is something I consider unreliable/irresponsible. If you don't respond to the people who sign your check then I don't think you would have a job very long.
This is my opinion and I never said they didn't come though or were bad for the community. I just don't agree with their lack of communication to the community, especially when they are a vendor of this site....my $.02

Hey everybody...just got back from the Bahamas, blowing everybody's money. LOL. No not really. We've been busy with various work/business things since we placed this order and time is moving a little faster than expected.

As Torspd said, we did respond to his email fairly quickly. As far as x-runner kid's email goes...must have been overlooked. Sorry about that. This is the time of year where we begin to get flooded with various SEMA emails from all of the vendors that will be there. Believe me, if the email was noticed, it would have been responded to as soon as we saw it. Not going to dispute business tactics and what makes a "reliable" company...let's get to the important stuff.

We know that everyone has been (very patiently) waiting to get their sway bars, especially since everyone is paid.

We're still looking good for mid month delivery to the shop and going out to you all as soon as we do our final QA check and get them boxed up. We called or rep at the manufacture and of course today is his day off. We left a message to contact us in the morning for an official update. Hopefully we'll get that awesome phone call that says "hey guys...just wanted to let you know that the pallet of sway bars is heading your way"

    Stay tuned.

PS. Sorry for the lack of posts here...I'll make sure we post here more frequently as we get updates from the manufacturer.
