My understanding is that the from takes a few weeks to settle in. Give it some time.....1.75 should look perfect.:top::top:
Front Rear the whole kit has been on for over a month, I think the front shoulda settled more. Shanes first pic shows less then 3 inch gap for the front another after pic for ya raversman
Here's a recent measurement from my X. The front coils were installed in March 2008: Before drop: Right after drop: 10 months later:
Revobreaker, i am sure it should settle another 1/2" or so. doode it settled from 3" to a solid 2.5".
ya i've had my front coils on since june and they look awesome:top: i finally took off the 1.75" blocks i had on the rear and replaced them with the mono leafs. the ride on the highway is LESS bumpy then the blocks were:biggrin: they're all a GREAT PRODUCT and EVERY XR should have them( unless ur not worried about performence) its gettin too dark out here now, but i did take some shots of my wheel gap but without the tape.
so heres my SS drop front and composite rear. 1st pic is the front gap ruffly 2 1/4 inch gap 2nd is rear composite drop ruffly 2 1/2 inch gap
Hey Shane, on prices on the site, if I buy the drop blocks and coils separate, it's cheaper than buying them as a kit, am I missing something? If all goes well with my hit and run repayment.... I'm not gonna fix everything and buy the drop.
